ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2005 and currently lead a team of 12. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent  20 years working as a medical doctor. I made the transition to have more time with my family while still being able to help people in a meaningful way - now by protecting their families and lifestyles through insurance.

Outside of the office, I enjoy staying active through long-distance bike rides, hiking, spinning classes, and practicing jiu-jitsu. I’m also passionate about giving back and regularly participate in 150-mile bike rides to help raise money for multiple sclerosis.

Our agency offers a friendly, family-style environment where everyone is supportive and willing to help one another succeed. We provide daily training through team meetings, a strong focus on work-life balance, and a 401(k) to support your long-term goals.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Franah Marino - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
